South Africa’s scheduled game XI vs India, 2nd T20I

South Africa will face India in the second T20I in Cuttack on June 12. They won the opener in Delhi and are now looking to extend their lead. They have a good T20I record against India in India having won four out of five games played.

South Africa started the series on a winning note as they look to make the most of this series. Facing India is their best preparation for the T20 World Cup which will be played in India and they also started on a winning note. Their previous game against India was almost perfect for their hitters considering how well they chased the big total. It turned out to be their most successful pursuit to date, surpassing their previous record of 206 in 2007.

The chase seems to be the way to go in the series and the Proteas after a good game might not be looking to change their game XI in the second T20I. In this article, we predict that South Africa will play the XI for the second T20I against India on Sunday.

De Kock will open the baton with skipper Temba Bavuma. He is one of the most experienced players in the team and a player who has a high success rate against India. He scored 22 in the first T20I and will look to do better than in Cuttack.
