On the side of the two teams, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli, on the eve of the 3rd Test, confirmed his availability in the final Test. Virat had failed the second Test due to an upper back spasm and the visitors were then led by KL Rahul. Virat has also confirmed that Mohammed Siraj is out of shape and therefore Umesh Yadav or Ishant Sharma will replace him in the final test of the series.
Until Proteas are affected, it is highly unlikely that they will change their winning combination that played in the last test of the series until and unless someone is sent off due to injury.
