JOHANNESBURG – The trial proceedings against Nomia Ndlovu, accused of multiple murders, were adjourned Monday in the High Court in Johannesburg and will resume on October 14 for oral argument.

Ndlovu has denied allegations that she ordered the beating of all five of her family members and her lover.

She also said she did not plan the murder of at least seven other people in order to take advantage of the insurance benefits.

Tembisa’s former cop told court on Monday that there was no evidence to support allegations that she killed her partner, Maurice Mabasa, in 2015.

“I dispute that. I did not kill Maurice Mabasa – there is no proof of that here in court. There is no proof that I did, Monsignor.”

Ndlovu also denies being behind the deaths of his niece, Zanele Motha, his nephews, Brilliant Mashego and Mayeni Mashaba, his cousin, Madala Homu, as well as his sister, Audrey Ndlovu, between 2012 and 2018.
